This sucks a lot. :(

Natter 77: I miss my friends. I miss my enemies. I miss the people I talked to every day.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Thank you, all. I really appreciate your posts. I was really looking forward to see as many of you as possible. I'll speak with my travel agent on Sunday to see if there's a detour via Europe sometime in the next two weeks, but damn. I really wanted this vacation and some time off to clear my mind a bit from everything here.
(Chandler Bing)gee, how come?(/Chandler Bing) (I make jokes when I'm emotional, like him.)
My Friday night: rocking out to a 35-year-old B-52's album and buying underwear online. I am out of control, y'all.
I mopped the kitchen floor.
Mr. Loomycakes is out of town at a big Magic: the Gathering event, being Mr. Famous Artist. I decided I wanted a charcuterie plate, so I used DoorDash to have a bunch of fancy snacks delivered. I'm justifying this to myself with the knowledge that, given the opportunity, I will eat charcuterie plates as often as I can.

Ha! My friend calls this Girl Dinner.
They do have a particularly fabulous charcuterie option at my bar, Alembic. With the requisite cheese and meats but also garlic confit and fig jam and coarse grained mustard etc. Not to mention a fab vegan mushroom pate.
I’ve heard charcuterie described as “Lunchables, only good,” which is plausible. I’m currently doing keto, so every day involves a cheeseboard.
THERE'S AN ALTERNATIVE FLIGHTTTTT. Travel agent found that miracle.
If all goes well I'll arrive a day later with an overnight in Europe but it looks doable, as long as the airspace here is still open.
Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee F2F Buffistas! Keep your fingers crossed please.
Hmmmm. Charcuterie, cheese, crackers, olives, grapes, berries -- we called these "finger foods" or "nibblements." Hospitality snacks, or perhaps appetizers, but not meant as a meal. Is that not usual?
