Atropa, I know you asked for a website and not a Steph, but discolored phlegm is usually a sign of an infection, so you might need antibiotics. And combined with shortness of breath, that's worth going to a walk-in clinic.

Not to contradict you, -t, but there are many food delivery services specifically so you *don't* have to get dressed.
