Timelies all!
It’s a rainy day here and Mr. S is being really annoying.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

shrift--if you try the Hug sleep I highly recommended the foot pocket option if you don't always like things pressing on your feet or toes.
Thank for the rec!
They call up the 10-year people but don’t call my name, so that was upsetting.
I've been repeatedly left out of org-wide recognitions of tenure milestones, and I'm here to confirm that it absolutely sucks. It's not eating away at me, but I'm not forgiving or forgetting.
I'm glad you won a raffle given the award was lackluster.
It’s a snow day here, and my pain levels are high, which is probably not a coincidence. I’m really hoping ltc has school tomorrow since it’s been two weeks since I’ve had therapy and I’d really like to have an in person session.

I'm trying to wake Matilda up this morning as prep for her going back to school schedule tomorrow. So far she's still abed, but she's not being feeling 100% the last few days either.
You'll be pleased to know, sj, that she got into that Avatar eyeshadow palette last night and did her makeup before she took a bath. Pleiades will also enjoy knowing she used the Hops and Valerian bath salts.
I think all Buffistas will appreciate that she brought her in disco light, and afterwards lounged in her new Deluxe hotel robe.
This visual of Matilda brings a smile.
Yay, I’m glad she’s treating herself right and enjoying the eyeshadow.
Man, a migraine has laid me out for the entire day. I took Ubrelvy (my beloved) and the stabby pain went away in a few hours, but I was left with some serious vertigo. I don't care for that shit at all.
I've had vertigo before...very creepy.
ltc has 2 hour delay in the morning, which is just long enough to make me have to reschedule therapy.
I'm back home in Los Angeles as of late last night/early this morning. I'm currently booked to fly back to Florida on Friday so that I can give Kristin some more support over the weekend.
Overall we are still roughly at the same place with her Dad. Improvements in some areas, but declines in others. Still not a clear path to next steps. Hopefully some more information tomorrow. He's getting an endoscopy tomorrow because there appears to be a lesion in his esophagus. That is possibly what has been causing the issues getting an NG tube placed. He hasn't eaten in a week, so nutrition is part of what they are trying to solve to see if he's going to bounce back cognitively from all of this.
I'll try to keep updating here. Pix is occasionally reading, but told me to keep all of you updated. She's doing occasional updates over on FB, but she doesn't have a lot of energy for interaction.
We both love you all and are so thankful for the support of this community.
