It's called a blaster, Will, a word that tends to discourage experimentation. Now, if it were called the Orgasmater, I'd be the first to try your basic button press approach.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Glad you can be there.

Our wings are not tired.

I know that will be a huge help for emotional support, Drew.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

I'm keeping all 3 of you in my thoughts, Drew and Pix.

My dad has a doctor appointment tomorrow for a check-up/lab work, but mostly to get a referral to a psychiatrist (or an inpatient stay in a psych unit), because he's having the same hallucinations again, along with some paranoia and hoarding (both of which are new). I'm going to his doctor appointment tomorrow because that's the only way to be sure that whatever the next step is, he does it.

I'm a fucking amazing catch!--Fiona Gallagher, Shameless(US)

That's heavy, Tep. What she said, Drew and Pix.

Thanks for the birthday wishes! I found crepes at the grocery store, so for dinner, I made a savory crepe with ham, brie, arugula, and balsamic glaze. I shall experiment with other savory crepes in the coming days.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Happy birthday, shrift! (And your crepe sounds strangely familiar to me!)

I had the chance to spend some quality time with my 5-month-old grephew this evening, which I shall treasure, since he's on a plane to the east coast early tomorrow with his parents for an extended visit with the other side of the family. And I got to snuggle with my sister's dogs, which was nice, since my house is now sadly dogless.

Best wishes to all with illness in the family.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

Husband's been whining about still being sick, how come he got respiratory symptoms from this flu when I didn't, etc. When I suggested that he actually had a cold plus whatever I had, he thought I was crazy.

Guess who woke up with cold symptoms this morning?

Sorry, Dana

Mmm crepes

Is it me or is it even harder to know what day it is this week than last week? I am this close to being completely unstuck in time

Thrive to spite them

Teppy I hope your dad gets the help he needs.

And Pix I hope your dad gets better quickly.
