Dad was released from the hospital yesterday! He has some new meds, a list of symptoms to pay attention to with "if any of these happen, you WILL DO THIS" instructions, and information about the lifestyle changes he must make right now. Thank you for the ~ma, everyone.

I had a friend over for lunch yesterday, and then a couple of other friends over for Loki and pizza in the evening. It was really nice! Today we’re expecting over two inches of rain. It’s gloomy and gray, so I’m planning to spend it mostly on the sofa, with cats. Watch more Bleach, read some Murderbot, basically chill.

Good morning from another day in retirement community semi-lockdown. Over 37 independent living residents are positive that’s 1/4 of the residents. My mother doesn’t want me walking around the campus because we don’t want them to test me in case it made me cancel my return flight. So we’ve been driving offsite each day to do errands or watching tv. Last night she and I played some scrabble. A good relaxing vacation all said.
