One of my fancy markets had a bunch I'd never seen before - fish stock, lobster stock, mushroom stock, Italian Herb.
They might have been test marketing it, but I'm going to try to order some more onion stock online just to have some in supply.
Because while I can make onion stock it's effortful to roast and blenderize etc, and it won't be any better than what I can buy.

I am off to train new doctors and users. It has been some time since we had a new practice so I have had to update a lot of my materials. Looking forward to it. When my son takes over for me I will be able to go out on site more often, which I enjoy more than sitting on the computer all day long.

The trick is finding the onion stock. Pacific Soups used to do one but they stopped.
I remember you recommending this years ago, so I always keep an eye out and I think I’ve actually found it one time. Glad to know there’s an alternative!
