Glad folks checked up on you and very glad that virtual treatment options exist.I'm really glad there are virtual treatments. Stress, I think, like Laura said, is likely to be important for me.
I've done some virtual therapy recently and it was useful. Also widens the scope of people I can talk to which is good since I live in the middle of nowhere unless you are trying to escape LA.

People don't get it. I've been hit with smoke at the beach often, and even in my front yard from my neighbors 100' away sitting in their yard. If you smoke you don't necessarily even smell it to understand. It doesn't give me a reaction, but it does some loved ones. That said, when my neighbor to the north smokes his cigars outside they smell really good!
