It only occurred to me today that I talked about when I first David and JZ, but I didn't talk about when I met Emmett (when we took y'all to a Durham Bulls game) and Matilda (a knitting lesson at the apartment in the Haight, when I was in sore need of getting away from All The People at a tech conference). Editorially, this is totally the right choice, but now I feel urgently like including them in the big love envelope.

vw, wasn’t able to make it to the zoom call, but the girls had a playdate today. So, we did get a chance to talk about it.

The pictures of them together on FB are always fantastic.
I discovered that my mental health improved (like, a lot) when I stopped doing Facebook. And work generally makes posting here during the day impossible, but I want to be present here again. It really was so wonderful to see the faces and hear the voices (and read the totally Buffista-esque comments in the chat), and I realized how much I've missed it. I was always reading along (sometimes skipping and skimming), but participation makes a huge difference.

I somehow got a scrape on the car yesterday. I think yesterday. Passenger side so I might not have noticed earlier? It looks like maybe I scraped it though I don’t remember doing so. But now I REALLY need to find a body shop and somehow that on top of everything else (including that work is still on fire and I’m nowhere near caught up) is stressing me tf out.
