I woke up and chose violence to make French toast with blueberry compote. There was a restaurant nearby that used to make a terrific version of this, but they didn’t survive the pandemic. But I had stale bread, blueberries, and a mighty craving.
I hope your mom is more receptive to hospice help tomorrow, meara.

My poor sister—just wants to get home as quickly as possible so of course there’s been a huge fire that collapsed part of I95 in Philly where she is headed. May be a very slow time for her, with 95 closed traffic will surely be awful
