I could not get my shit together today—even though I thought I slept fine I was a wreck all day, yawning and unable to focus. Got lots to do tomorrow and starting early, so hoping I can get over that!! Wondering if it’s a side effect of the new drugs or possibly my body saying “eat more food dumb dumb”

They are testing the fire alarm system in the building, and it is horrible. They don't have an alarm as such but super loud MAY I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE MAY I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE THERE HAS BEEN AN EMERGENCY REPORTED IN THE BUILDING PLEASE EVACUATE THE BUILDING BY THE NEAREST EXIT DO NOT USE THE ELEVATORS - repeated about 20 times already. LOUD I really hope testing an alarm isn't next.
Skinner is not pleased, and neither am I. Also, how many times can they repeat this message. Sigh.
eta: it has been repeating for about 20 minutes now. No end in sight. I think they are going to every unit to make sure we don't have the sprinklers or speakers blocked. They came to me already. I think there are maybe 80 units? Okay, over, I think. It was a full half hour.
