Happy pi day! I was out last night (trivia night with my sister & her DH), but I talked to one of the JOs this morning and she suggested doing pi day tomorrow, as we all assumed nobody would be in the office today because of the weather.
So right now I have a maple walnut pie in the oven! Yay!
Mmmm, pie! I hope all enjoyed theirs.
Use that knee well, Pix! When the time comes I am confident that you will find good use for it. I hope your dad has stabilized. As for water issues, big ugh! Sound like the number isn't as scary as it could have been, although not at the top of the list for stuff you would like to toss money at.
I am still in oh my god why morning so early mode.
What? No! You must be confused. It has been explained to me many many times that being chonky causes every problem and being slim means you’re healthy and your body works great all the time.
Yeah, apparently the addresses got mixed up between me and the next door neighbor at my apartment (a 15-years-younger former college athlete), because guess who just kept on trundling along fine despite more than a few extra pounds the last 8 years and who had multiple hospital stays? The medical industry would have predicted that all his health problems should have veered toward me instead, magnetically attracted by the extra pounds around my waist!
Matt, maybe we have the scientifically unexplainable Magic Chonk that reverses the magnetic poles and sends the health problems to the nearest available bystander?
Magic Chonk! By k-tel!
It chops! It slices! It dices! You can eat julienne fries!
The Magic Chonk also apparently makes Tim Tams appear out of thin air, because last night when I ordered the eponymous cake at Outback the waitress told me they were out of the cookies, but their manager somehow found some to put on top. Where other than an Australia-themed restaurant has Tim Tams in stock in NE Arkansas?!?
All Hail the Magic Chonk!
Oh shit, we might be headed to LA to participate in a clinical trial as soon as this weekend.
This would be Jacqueline's best chance. Scrambling to coordinate between our medical team and the ones down there at Cedars Sinai, and set up travel. EM would stay with Matilda over the weekend.
