Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

I mean... that could have been OK... sort of an old-fashioned, "And you, my friend!" vibe to it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Maybe with fewer exclamation points. That just looks unhinged.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Exclamation points, so tricky!

Ha, ha, ha! Fair point.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Dottie has all her meds in AM and PM day of the week boxes. She takes hers with bacon flavor pill pockets.

Me on the other hand - I stopped taking my anti-anxiety med because trying to remember to take a pill twice a day was giving me anxiety.

The AD is once a day and I am just barely capable of staying on top of that. Mostly.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

My prescriptions are on one shelf of the medicine cabinet, and Mr. S’s are on another one. No mixups so far.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

I want bacon-flavored pill pockets.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Surely the bacon-everything craze of recent years must have resulted in some being marketed for human consumption?

I've been doing everything backwards today—grilled sea bass and gnocchi for lunch and tuna salad sandwich with soup for dinner, napping for an hour immediately after work and only getting elbow-deep in packing late at night, midnight snack of a big Caesar salad instead of junk food. Seems to be working out all right so far though.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I have one med I have to take first thing on an empty stomach and then wait an hour before eating, so I set the alarm an hour early and do that, plus a dose of Tylenol if it's that kind of morning. Then back to bed for an illicit-feeling hour which is so nice because it does feel stolen. I have my morning meds in the table by my chair--including two I take twice a day. I put them in a sake cup to take after breakfast. Evening meds are in a tray in the bathroom, and I take the sake cup back and put in the evening meds, bring the cup back and add the two I take twice a day. Works. Though I have gone to bed and not realized I didn't take them until the next morning. I've also taken the morning ones and doled the evening ones into the cup, sat down to do some work and was unsure if I'd taken the morning pills, checked the cup with a finger--oh forgot to take them--and took them about two hours after the first batch. But like, only one or two times each of those. Mostly it works.

I've been meaning to ask, has anybody heard from Toddson? I don't remember her posting after Thanksgiving, though it could have been even before then.

Our wings are not tired.

I'll shoot an email to Todd. I don't recall seeing her post recently.
