Dammit, I got LDB'd and sent to Whamhalla in the same day! The former on the radio this morning when I turned my car on, the latter tonight because the kids having a party downstairs are playing their music loud enough I could hear it through my floor.
Natter 77: I miss my friends. I miss my enemies. I miss the people I talked to every day.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I get the worst mother of the day award here. Half awake myself this morning, I accidentally gave ltc Benadryl instead of Zyrtec. I then gave her a teeny cup of my tea to try to counter act the sleepiness and emailed her teacher to call me if she’s too sleepy to stay in school.
I accidentally LBD'd myself listening to the Charlie Brown Christmas soundtrack. It's a good way to go out.

Optimal, I'd say! Though I also dig Evan Johns instrumental "Little Cajun Drummer Boy" and the Hoodoo Gurus "Little Drummer Boy (Up the Khyber)."

Pretty confident there are worse mothers today, even in ltc's class!
I almost did that to myself this morning, so I may have a skewed perspective.

Tim stopped keeping his meds in the same place as the dog's meds when he accidentally took one of Kato's tramadols (true story). Now Tim has all his meds in a day-of-the-week box that has "am" and "pm" sides. And we keep the kitty's gabapentin far away from Tim's meds.
Aw, I keep my meds the same way Tim does. Except it's a month set up, with separate little boxes that fit into a holder. So... not that much alike, really. But, AM and PM!
Matt doesn't use a pill container, because it makes him feel old. It just makes me feel organized. Plus, much less wth the opening and closing of pill bottles.
Yeah, sj, what Jesse said. Hope ltc managed to stay awake, in any case!
I have many Chrisymas tasks to do. I guess I should make a list.
Hah. I am on eleven prescriptions, plus an OTC multivitamin supplement. Nineteen pills a day. My pill organizer has twenty-eight compartments -- 7 days each with morning, noon, evening, bedtime.
I highly recommend the Medisafe app. I found it easy to set up, easy to use, and the prompts and reminders keep me on track.
I take two pills a day, both first thing in the morning, and have an alert on my phone to remind me and sometimes I get the alert and look at the pill bottles and think "right, I should take those" and still don't because first I will just, I don't know, put on my shoes or find my keys or whatever and then I leave the house, pills untaken. Things that are easy can still, somehow, be very hard.
I was about to despair about the number of emails I have to deal with vs. my interest in dealing with anything else this week, but I just scanned them, and there aren't so many after all! And most of what is there can wait! Huzzah.
