In other news, I found out today that my promotion went through and will be official next week!

We have had two earthquakes in Western NY in my lifetime, and both times, I thought the building was collapsing, and it gave me an odd feeling in my tummy.

This is so cool. They are only able to give a few seconds warning currently but that can be the difference of finding a safe place and being hurt or killed. Ultimately they should have a little more time.
I need to reinstall my app. I think I trashed it when I moved to Portland where I still experienced earthquakes. Also I've been back on the San Andreas for a decade. So maybe it's time.
