Got my official acceptance letter from the condo board. Board member we spoke to on the phone was very nice. Lives on our floor. We talked about the pets and he basically said they were more than a dog friendly building, they just don't understand people who don't love dogs. Talked about a former neighbor who moved out and had 2 collies and how everyone missed their dogs. Left us feeling good in general. Closing Friday.
Natter 77: I miss my friends. I miss my enemies. I miss the people I talked to every day.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Timelies all!
Yay, Laura!
That sounds promising, Laura.
That’s very exciting Laura!
Woo hoo, Laura!!!
So happy for you guys!
Aw. That's landing well, that is. Congrat to the condo community for gaining your lovely family, Laura.
Yay Laura!
Good morning 'fistas! Pull out the pom poms and cheer for Calli today! May the day and the year to come be filled with happiness! Also, I believe you have a big interview today so sending the ~ma. Seems only right that a birthday interview should go well.
Got the power of attorney stuff so that Brendon can sign for me at closing Friday. Closing agent sent it with FedEx label to return. Apparently real estate is one of the areas where paper is still king. We are really very excited about the new chapter. We both love sunrise walks on the beach and the vision of doing this without having to drive there is quite appealing. Scully will be pissed at being an inside cat again, but she'll adapt. Skinner will love his beach walks as much as we will. Still disappointed we couldn't find the right floating solution, but we can try again in a few years.
