Full day. Left Otter Lake this morning and drove to Vermont via the ferry over Lake Champlain. Had a wonderful lunch at a pub in Waterbury and visited a lovely bookstore. Got to the inn and did the hot tub for a while, tried the pool, but my Florida blood couldn't handle it, napped, then ate complimentary fresh baked cookies, cheese and crackers, and hot chocolate in the hotel café. Leaving shortly to go to Stowe Bowl, which besides bowling has a quite yummy looking menu. I am going to gain 8 lbs this excursion. The inn has free bikes to use on the trails so I might take a ride in the morning. Lana wants to go horseback riding tomorrow so we might look for that option.

EpicTangent, I'm glad to read that your treatment plan is working so well.
Good to see pixels, Epic. Having to fight for time while also fighting cancer is evil, the time card being ridiculous. You shouldn't have to do that.
Glad your doc was reassuring, Epic, and continuing ~ma! Ugh on the payroll stuff. What a PITA. That is outrageous that you have to use vacation time and worry about running out of PTO while you get treatment!
