Oh, I scored everything low, it's ugly. I didn't make specific comments explaining my scores, though, because I am tired. I have a feeling the results are not actually going to be all that anonymous at the team level, since there are only 3 of us now, but whatevs at this point.

I appreciate you scoring truthfully, -t. There are some serious, systemic issues at my work (my site and corporation-wide), and I know I'm not the only one who's mad/concerned. But then the Employee Engagement surveys come back with average and above average scores. I feel like Cassandra, speaking the absolute truth and all the other respondents have answered as if I'm crazy.

You know, last time we did one of these our (at that time very new) VP complained because he felt like everyone was always moaning about our ERP and other software being terrible but then on the survey the scores for "give me the tools to be able to do my job" or whatever were high and that didn't make any sense to him. So maybe if other people in my department remember that they will be more critical this time.
