I have finished sanding! Tomorrow, staining, which is easy and should go fast. And then this project is done. I love DIY, but sometimes the “do” part is exhausting.
Natter 77: I miss my friends. I miss my enemies. I miss the people I talked to every day.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Wow, scrappy! Hand-sanding a deck seems like a lot.
10% agree, t!
This is making me laugh, meara, whether you meant exactly that or not
Saaaame
Good news, Matt!!
I can't believe I haven't gotten Covid yet. I guess sitting in literally the last row of Boston Garden is why I got away with the NKOTB concert last weekend.
Me too Jesse! (Not the NKOTB part though, that would be weird and stalkery.)
I am going to tighten back up on my masking. I never dropped it but I have gotten more lax about quick store trips and stuff.
Matt, that’s wonderful news.
Great news, Matt!
I'm parked in front of the tv with a cocktail, watching the Jan 6 hearing.
We are eating white cheddar popcorn. I think I need to add a glass of wine. The diet pepsi isn't adequate.
I listened to the beginning on the way home but now I am horizontal and figuring out how to watch or listen seems too hard.
Burrito from Coconut Grove for dinner. I am charmed by the name and the burrito was yum. I shall return.
My book group ended early, because half the people in it are serious political junkies and wanted to watch the hearing. I’m two G&Ts down and wondering if I’ll make it to the end.
Hahaha no I definitely meant 100% but now I’m laughing too.
Septic engineer is here this morning digging here and there and talking about newfangled systems they use now. He's cool. I told him my dad was born up here over 100 years ago and doing things right was important to me. He's clearly and environmental kind of guy so we'll work together well. You can't replace or move or anything to the systems without an engineering study in the Adirondack park.
