I don't know much, but Gary says the hospital has spoken with Mr. S's psychiatrist and they're trying to figure out adjustments to his meds. Also, Gary got a phone call from Mr. S who told him to tell his stuffed animals that he misses them. (and to tell me he loves me)

Natter 77: I miss my friends. I miss my enemies. I miss the people I talked to every day.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Awww!
Oh, that is lovely, Sheryl. He feels your love and knows you are trying to help him navigate this life.
Hanging in there as best as I can.Try and get some rest even though I suspect the parental instincts are making that kinda rough.
What a sweet call from Mr S. I’m glad Gary shared that and then you shared it with us.
My Uncle Jimmy is in town for tonight and tomorrow until early evening.
This was motivation to massively clean all rooms but the room of shame and who the hell knows what’s in there.
That door stayed closed when he asked for a tour. But he was complimentary of the rest of the house.
My Boy came over for dinner (I cooked) and everyone declared it good and themselves stuffed. Success.
I really need to keep my house this clean, including getting all of the Things out of the office and letting it actually be an office again.
Small goals.
I’m always so much happier when my house is near and clean but somehow that’s not enough for me to keep it that way. I mean, I’m way better about it than I used to be, but…
Making progress on the cleaning all the things front here too. The dust and grime level after being closed all winter is considerable. DH vacuumed the entire bedroom, including ceiling and walls so I could breathe better! The rest of the house is a work in progress.
Driving to Albany to fly him back to Florida in a couple hours. It is 2 hours each way, but direct flight and JetBlue, so it is happening. Also got him exit row seating because he deserves all good things.
Same, meara.
ltc’s last day of school is tomorrow. I’m not ready.
Also got him exit row seating because he deserves all good things.
Indeed he does!
We have o'er leapt the first hurdle on the Steeplechase of today. Actually I'd say we'd gotten over two hazards: boxed up what's going today and readied the furniture that's moving AND I received the new mattresses at the new house.
The mattress delivery was fantastic! Everybody is doing tracking now and texting you on exact arrivals. It's great. Movers get here in half an hour and they haul shit over. Then...
Cable guy hooks up the new house between 3:30 and 5:30, whilst JZ goes to buy the linoleum for The Tile Guy who is arriving tomorrow morning at 9am.
So my last task tonight will be to clean out my nerdhole so it gets new lino too. Which will require hauling my computer, desk and chair over to the new house where (I hope!) the interpipes are up and running freely.
You are being way more productive in your move than I am at work. Just sayin'
I *am* going to see Hamlet in July! I'm taking a redeye Friday night, seeing the Saturday matinee with my niece and coming home Sunday, which is RIDICULOUS and that, frankly, is part of the appeal.

So cool! Go you, cultural adventurer!
