"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

Some good news this morning: that idiot Madison Cawthorn lost his primary.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Some good news this morning: that idiot Madison Cawthorn lost his primary.

I saw that last night and my first thought was "Yes! Oh god, I hope it wasn't to someone worse..."

I'm trying to wrap my head around the NY redistricting, and I swear if Mondaire Jones loses his seat over this I will be LIVID.

GOP throwing Cawthorn under the bus as clear evidence they actually have a line? Yeah, not so much, they just didn't like the guy enough to cover for him. Unlike, Matt Gaetz, who is just so charming. The world has gone mad.

He worked hard for that loss.

I'm trying to wrap my head around the NY redistricting

I'm not very happy about how my new district is shaping up.

Thrive to spite them

Cawthorn really did work hard to have pretty much every Republican hate him. I'm glad he's out.

Flea that sounds like a lot going on..

Happy Belated anniversary and Birthdays!

Thrive to spite them

So Friday I have my FCE , which is the Functional Capacity Evaluation I need to return to work. I'll go to the PT place (not the one I've been going to but another) and it will be 4 hours. And then they send the results to the neurologist and we go from there about returning to work. She said I was to return to work 2 weeks after the FCE so .. probably first week of June I'll be back at work part time. I'm a little nervous but I really want some better routine and structure and feel like I have some of my old life back.

I'm supposed to start back to work at 3 hours a day/3 days a week, unless there is something that changes with the FCE. So I'll be easing into things.

I was going to say I'm going to miss spending so much time with E, but he gets out of school on the 10th (I think) comes down for his summer camp that starts on Sunday or Monday and then he also has: a trip to Italy and Boy Scout Camp this summer.

He joined Boy Scouts recently , someone at the library where he volunteers recommended that he try it and he really likes it. He's been asked to be the Outdoor Ethics Field Guide. And he wants to be an Eagle Scout ( at least right now). OH and he was nominated for Junior National Honor Society.

Timelies all!

Tired and stressed, as usual.
