Laura, that is excellent news. I am happy to hear about Buffistas finding the homes they want.
(One of the realtors has sent me listings that tick NONE of the boxes I've told her were non-negotiable! I do not think we will be working with her going forward.)
I would read Thomas's obituary with great interest, is all I'm saying about that.
JenP, may the aligning not be too owie.
That does not sound like a good realtor, Amy!!
I learned not to wish ill on Supremes after Scalia died and they replaced him with three people as bad or worse
For those who believe in threefold return….yeah. Yikes.
Laura that's really great.
I'm hoping whatever is going on with Thomas doesn't make whatever is going on with his wife and Jan 6 to disappear.
Scrappy is back from the vet and stoned. He got out of his collar. I ordered a cat recovery suit for his sutures. I was going to try and do a onesie but I'm worried he'd get out of the baby t shirt ones and I wasn't sure how to do a baby onesie on a cat where they can go to the bathroom and the recovery suit allows for that.
He better not pull out his stitches between now and then because he's already cost me too much money.
That does not sound like a good realtor, Amy!!
She stood me up last week - for our first call! - by sending a note on FB Messenger saying "Hey, this meeting's running long and then I'm going to Phoenix for the weekend". I found this message 10 minutes after we were supposed to meet. "We weren't a good fit" will be me being extremely polite about things.
(All three of us saw exactly what we wanted on Saturday - problem is, it's on Whidbey. At least Ken got to go over Deception Pass; he was properly appreciative.)
Oooh. Yeah, be careful with the magic.
So glad your housing situation has such a happy solution, Laura!
Dang, parker. Not a good fit indeed!
wow ... I'd find that annoying for meeting a friend for lunch (in the days when we did things like that), but for a professional meeting? with someone you hope will bring in some money? I'd say unprofessional, at best, and an indicator you aren't on her priority list.
Wow, realtor needs to consider a different career.
Hope her cabana boy is in the market for a new house.
Oh, I doubt she'll miss us - I'm not going to be in a position to drop multiple millions on a event spacehouse overlooking the San Juans any time soon - but the other realtor I've spoken to seems to be more on the ball. I'll have a better sense after we chat tomorrow.
