"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I can't decide if I should protest the decision or not. I'm not particularly tied to the post, but I find it . . . not ironic, but something, that FB is giving me a smackdown for a sarcastic joke and the Jan 6 insurrectionists planned a whole ass coup of the government on Messenger and Whatsapp

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That is ridiculous, Vortex. Part of me thinks you should absolutely protest because that's some serious double standards and they shouldn't get away with that but a larger part questions whether it would be worth your time because what difference would it make. But maybe it would, I don't know their process at all, if that would make an actual human look at it and see the ridic rather than some algorithm flagging things willy nilly, then it's still stupid that you have to jump through that hoop but maybe would help train the stupid algorithm? IDK

Our wings are not tired.

I'm jealous. I've never been in FB Jail! I know so many who have. I clearly need to change my ways.

Doctor visit was good. Cleared for swimming. BP was 122/80, which considering I drove 45 minutes in the rain on I-95 and was sitting waiting for a pelvic exam that was a most surprising BP. Also jogged across the parking lot in the rain so my pulse was probably high, but she didn't comment on that.

I know! I'm just irritated that it's for some bullshit like this.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Vortex, I once had FB delete my post in which I replied to a friend saying that boys (her sons) are gross with saying that girls are also gross. FB is weird.

MA is dropping the school mask mandate at the end of February aka right before everyone gets back from a week long vacation. I'm so livid.

That is ridiculous, Vortex! Wow.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I'd protest just because you are clearly right.

Also because how the eff did the insurrectionists get away with their legitimate political discourse?

Thrive to spite them

That is just outrageous Vortex. Especially considering the stuff that never gets censored on FB

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Nobody is going to step up and defend Vortex's right to cut a bitch for referring to the 90s as "the late 1900s"? Because sarcastic or not, that is absolutely the reaction it deserves!

(My professor this semester referred to a book from 1991 as "archaic" last week and I am very relieved I was wearing a mask so he couldn't see my face.)
