It's just the frustration. And annoyance. There's SUPPOSED to be a manual alternative but either they didn't install it in the women's rest room or I don't have the strength to get them to work. Honestly, if this is the case elsewhere, no wonder people don't wash their hands.
In better news, the IRS has decided that having people use facial recognition to access their records is not a good idea. This may be encouraging - it's a glimmer of intelligence in The Bureaucracy (not ours, which is chock full of smarts).
