Calli, I would be highly suspicious of such things at any employer. Like, what are you going to do with my answers?
Yeah, I don't know that I would answer honestly.
Because, I remember a job where a Consultant came in and instituted a 360 degree critique of office procedures. And when the Traffic Manager for Publication - in good faith - laid out some of the procedural problems (some of which reflected poorly on upper brass) she got a thorough and public and humiliating reprimand for being negative.
And I thought, "If you had watched Animal House you would have remembered the line: 'You fucked up. You trusted us.'"
I would certainly be suspicious about that at my job, but I had the impression Calli's employers had more in the way of goodwill
I got my review back from my boss, very good and looks like I'll be put in for a 4% raise on top of the 2% cola we got in July and again in Jan. So that is good. I am going in asking for 5.
I am still not getting through all my work in a day, like not even close.
Not sure how to address that without additional people coming on and then there will be training time. The current person they have to "help" I have been massively underwhelmed by.
ION - I'm super happy with my knitting and progress I am making on everything.
At least they recognize your worth, msbelle.
I hope Tim's bout with covid is mild, Steph.
Also, if you sic the goat on the poison ivy or oak, you'll have to wash the goat after. Happens with dogs and cats (not as much) all the time, bringing the damn stuff home and getting it on their people.
Y'all, Tim has Covid again (Electric Boogaloo).
Oh no! I hope it remains not a big deal.

So far it just seems like a cold/sinus infection, so hopefully it'll stay at that level.
It looks like people are most contagious from 1-2 days before showing symptoms (which is, of course, not fair), through 2-3 days after the start of symptoms. Since Tim's symptoms started around Friday, we're already past that "2-3 days after" timeframe, so I'm not super worried about getting it at this point. But I will re-test in a couple of days, even if I don't have any symptoms.
WHO ARE WE!!!??!
Sad shadows of our formerly vibrant and observant selves?
Or that might just be me

This is frustrating seeming. My boss has RA and is in immunosuppressants as well, but she only got it once. Her family did not.
