I vaguely remember 1,2,3,Magic but I don't think we ever used it as written. One tip that stuck with me from that age is to pick a number and count DOWN from it - that way you can't talk yourself into adding more chances.

Okay, I not only made appointments with 2 different doctors for minor stuff that won't go away without medical assistance (in the form of sweet sweet meds), I have gone to both appointments and picked up the sweet sweet meds. We took the girls to apply for their passports, voted while we were there, and are now on our way to pick up a new (used) bike for J, who just learned how to ride without training wheels. Now looking up nearby pizza places for dinner, since we've used up all our adulting for the day.

Prescription the doctor supposedly sent in this morning is nowhere to be found at the pharmacy. I got a person at the doctor's office when I called this morning, but naturally had to leave a message a couple of hours ago. And still no prescription.

sj, the teachers at Mr.S's PEP program use 1,2,3 Magic, and have recommended it to us. We haven't looked into the system yet, because we are busy trying figure out things like where Mr. S is going this fall for preschool. (The place he was in last year a) was unsure of his ability to behave and b) took so long to get back to us that there aren't any slots left. grr...)
