Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

She was back to red hair, too. And not entirely sane, obvs. But yeah, that was one thing I focused on in all the flowered pjs and gun play, was the one little slice of white cheese (cheddar? Swiss? Mozzie? Emmenthaler?) on the white plate.

My brain was obviously testing: how long can you hold out without food. Who's going to try for the cheese first. Who's willing to share it? Why is she leaving cheese at all, since she's obviously planning for both of you to starve?

I was glad to wake up, it was getting bizzare.

What is even happening?

How are our SoCal-istas today? Is everyone okay?

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I went and got some cbd oil for both me and the dogs. The lady in the store assured me it would not show up on drug tests and told me it might take a week to notice any difference.

Anyone have anecdotal experience to share?

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I've been taking CBD oil for my knees. It's made a significant difference in pain levels. However, when I over did it and tried upping the CBD dose to compensate, my anxiety levels went up. So it's something I need to be careful with.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

msbelle, it helps with my anxiety, although not quite as well as Ativan does. But it does have a noticeable calming effect. I take gel capsules, not oil or a tincture.

I've started using Lord Jones CBD cream when my back gets sore, and I'm amazed at how well it works to get rid of the pain. Tim uses it for arthritis pain in his elbow, and he says it dials his pain WAY down.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I take CBD gummies; for me, it's had a huge effect on pain/inflammation and a noticeable effect on anxiety -- not enough to keep me from flipping out in my head altogether if there's something specific I'm fixating on, but enough to chill out a lot of the free-floating stuff-buzzing-around-that-I-can't-even-place-what-I'm-being-anxious-about-now thoughts. Anecdotal, but certainly worth a try. I read something the other day (and can't find it now) reporting on a study that indicated that lowish doses are good for anxiety but raising the dose beyond a certain point made it worse, which matches what Calli experience -- so start with a little and play with your dose from there.

brillig

Utah "approved" medicinal marijuana and they're leisurely discussing how things will be available. CBD is supposed to be available, but I'm worried if there's casual observation of those locations like there sometimes is at the state liquor stores. The Mormon Church really detests allowing liquor and "drugs" to be available without strict control.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

CBD isn't supposed to be available in Ohio except at medical marijuana dispensaries (and there are just a handful of those), but I've heard that there are some stores selling it anyway. But it is legal to sell in Kentucky, and I can drive to Kentucky in like ten minutes, so I've been thinking about trying it.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Pretty sure that's sleeping late for any parent.

Though there was a stretch in Emmett's late teens where he preferred getting 14 hours of sleep a night.
