I watched live but also found the first debate more watchable. It should thin the herd. There was a clear top tier.

Yeah, absolutely. From this second group, I really just want to watch Kamala. At least I feel like I'm doing some due diligence.
I was looking forward to seeing Kamala and she did not disappoint.
DH is in Orlando for basketball so the kids worked with me all day to prepare for them to move back. Exhausted. Doing it again tomorrow. Rearranging and painting and packing me up for summer. So much to do.
Edited to say that I totally skipped and skimmed to tell you this, so ~mas as needed.
Who has two thumbs and got accepted into the grad school of her choice and got good news about her mother's health condition (AKA, Not Cancer)? This MPA honors-program girl with a healthy-to-her-age-with-existing-conditions mom!
(Major good stuff happening. Almost forgot what it feels like).
And OMG, grad school! Thanks for all of the ~mas, it sure helped!
Yay grad school and no-cancer-having Mom of Shir!
That is a fabulous update, Shir! Cheers! Very excited and happy for you and yours.
So great, Shir!! Congrats!!! Hooray!
Back to the reorganizing my entire household while also planning going north for a few months. Sheesh, my plate is loaded.
I thought I would distract myself and catch up on the news. Not surprised to see the disgusting object occupying the White House is using his overseas time to play footsie with the worst leaders on the planet and ignoring our actual allies.
Back to menu planning instead. Seems a better use of time.
I introduced one of my other friends to the church friends, and they ended up walking away together and making plans to get together again! Which I think is hilarious and also a good sign. The original friend is someone I met through someone else anyway, so it's just one big chain.
That's nice, Jesse. Shows you understand your friends' taste in friends!
