Massive amounts of fiber, limit dairy and gluten and tons of water. It took some trial and error. Hardest part is 50 grams of fiber a day.

I have to say, my CSA delivered fruit is quite consistently good. I don't know how they do it, other than the whole farm system geared towards high quality produce.

Aside from grapes, I usually only get fruit at the farmers market so only in season fruit. Sad to not have plums whenever I want but July plums are the yum!

If the media is to be believed, it sounds like the two debate 'winners' were Elizabeth Warren and Kamala Harris. (Incidentally, one of Biyi's oldest friends in Australia is called Elizabeth Warren. She asked me about a month ago about what the senator was like.)
