So my cat is really into the first piece of cat furniture I've ever bought, and now I realize it will not be that long before I buy one of those enormous cat towers. Ooops.

It took months for Murderbiscuit to warm up to his giant cat tower (Fort Kickass). But he loves it now, and lurks in the little house at the top (the Murder Hut) all the time like a surly teenager in his room.

So, had dance practice tonight for the fair this weekend was mostly a meeting about the restaurant gig. Apparently, the manager met with M, pointed out a yelp review that was basically "only go when there isn't "belly dancing", said he didn't want a specific two of the dancers from Saturday coming back, and really there should be fewer dancers, younger dancers, showing more skin. So the rest of us are all, fuck that, it was fun while it lasted. M wants to cool off before we officially quit, which makes sense, but grr.
