So, had dance practice tonight for the fair this weekend was mostly a meeting about the restaurant gig. Apparently, the manager met with M, pointed out a yelp review that was basically "only go when there isn't "belly dancing", said he didn't want a specific two of the dancers from Saturday coming back, and really there should be fewer dancers, younger dancers, showing more skin. So the rest of us are all, fuck that, it was fun while it lasted. M wants to cool off before we officially quit, which makes sense, but grr.

Yeah, I get that. There is a lot to hate.
I've adulted today, well more accurately agreed to adult next Tuesday. I agreed to let my PCP give me the Shingles vaccine. I'm 65 and had chicken pox as a kid so my chances are really pretty good that I'll get it eventually, and don't wanna. I haven't had a vaccine since the 60s! So expect me to cry and whine on Tuesday. I'm even paying for it since I have no Rx coverage, mostly because I don't take any prescription meds. Medicare doesn't cover the vaccine, but they will cover the visit and lab work and all the other crap they will do to me. Upside, you won't have to hear me cry about getting shingles!
