ltc watches too much media too, especially when I'm sick.
We had a fun playdate with vw and Stitch, and then I took a nap on the couch while ltc consumed too much media. TCG came home long enough to make me another cuppa and play with ltc for a few minutes before heading out to a conference. So we're having dinner while consuming more media (Shrek 2).
I don't know if they are too young for Octonauts or Backyardigans but both are cool cartoons. I don't know if either are available on streaming. But Backyardigans has all kinds of great music and I never minded watching a few Octonauts episodes in a row.
Well dang, we aren't going to have Sarah Sanders to kick around anymore. Who wants the job of press secretary?

Awww, my friend Ellen is close friends with the woman who created Backyardigans (a WOC, incidentally) and they are both close friend with Evan Lurie who did the music.
Evan Lurie is John Lurie's brother. (You might know John from his band the Lounge Lizards, or as an actor in Jim Jarmusch's "Down By Law" or "Stranger Than Paradise.")

The music in Backyardigans is amazing.
My dad liked watching it because of the music.
Speaking of dad he is having major health issues. He hurt his back again. And he may have a hernia. He has been to the ER twice because of the pain and to a walk in clinic and multiple trips to his doctor. Je has a consultation for surgery but not until the 23rd.
I hate being so far away and not being able to help. I've only texted him and talked to mom...for being divorced for 30 ish years my parents are pretty close. Mom's offered to go down and help if he needs it.
I really should be taking notes on the kids tv stuff. For future reference.

If Sarah Sanders were leaving, it would be to pursue her longtime dream of guarding one of the two doors in a logic puzzle.
I got in a little early, was SUPER EFFECTIVE for an hour, just had my one meeting of the day, and now I feel like I'm done. This may be an issue!
