I was all meetings at work today (7 hours of meetings), then yoga, then church meeting. Now am slightly braindead and ready for bed!

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I'll try to do better tomorrow, meara. Tired today.
I spent most of the day just trying to wake up properly. I never really succeeded.
I too was droopy today and resentful that Matilda came straight home after school instead of going to softball practice. (Which is not a thing anymore since softball season is over.)
On the plus side I got two packages in the mail last week (no small feat!) and both have been received. Yay, fun mail!
In other news I had a roasted duck banh mi for lunch and that was both tasty and affordable.
Also, on the productivity front I had something dropped into my lap unexpectedly and took a call and turned over the work in half an hour.
What's new on everybody's watch list?
I'm deep into Big Mouth which is hilarious/raunchy/sweet. Have watched one episode of Maniac which was intriguing and will go back to watch more.
Also we're watching Mary Berry's Great British Home Cooks show which has many of the virtues of the Great British Bake Off.
Lastly my computer has been in the shop for two-plus weeks now and I'm getting it back tomorrow and I'm holding my breath about how much music I lost (my backup failed). Wish me uncorrupted files!
I went to a debate watch party and was social.
I just started The Marvelous Mrs Maisel because I am very behind the times but now I would like to stay home from work the rest of the week and watch it.
That's a valid choice, -t.
I got out of babysitting tech until midnight because I have an 8am meeting. I'm in theatre. We don't do 8am meetings. This does mean I should go to bed instead of roaming the internets.
Quiet day at Chez Bee. Raked leaves, dumped potting soil out of the reservoir bottom planters and amended soil with bagged steer manure to rest over the winter (it's coming!)
Then I stacked the tomato cages, pulled weeds. Sadly the Sugru that was supposed to fix all my broken plastic stuff expired two years ago, plus I found out it should have been stored in the fridge and not the baking hot tool shed. D'oh!
Then I had my shower and read for awhile. I've only got 10 books to read before I hit 100 for 2018. Go me.
Now, wasn't that some thrilling prose?
Now, wasn't that some thrilling prose?
Well, I did like hearing what you're up to.
Katerina I feel like half the stuff on lifehacker used to be basically "buy some sugru it's amazing!" But I've never actually seen any (and am not sure I'd find a use for it?)
I am trying to taper off the hard drugs. Honestly at the moment what hurts seems to not so much be the ankle/bones as the actual incision. I mean, I can't tell, as it's behind a cast, but it feels like skin pain not bone pain. And much as that's annoying and awful, they don't normally give oxy for that.
