Natter 76: Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Foaminess
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I'm sorry, Matt.
We took ltc to check out the karate studio in town yesterday, and she loved it. Hitting things while getting to shout is definitely high on my girl's list of enjoyable activities. She's going to be taking classes twice a week.
I'm editing a figure for one of my articles; the article is about rehabilitation after a stroke. And the figure has examples of physical therapy and occupational therapy exercises; one of these exercises is modeled after Jeopardy (I feel like there's some copyright infringement there), and it's called "Stroke Jeopardy." Which sounds like the worst game show EVER.
My condolences, Matt.

My arm is hurting. I strained it while trying to break free a bolt on my car. I actually ended up breaking a socket. Should have wrapped it this morning.
That's awesome, sj! She will love it. The big thing for us when we did karate was finding a place that wasn't a rip-off.
Fun times today is sitting in the parking lot of the jail while the bondsman does his thing with my son. He didn't bother to show for a hearing for a super minor pot possession thing 2 years ago and has had an outstanding warrant all this time. He finally agreed that it might be easier to get a job without that. Our lawyer friend said to have him turn himself in with bondsman then she will take it from there.
Ouch, Gud. Can you run at lunch and get something from a drug store?
Thanks, Laura! This place is right in town and seems pretty awesome. It was $20 for her a uniform and the first 3 lessons.
Oh geez, Laura. At least it's being dealt with now?
Stroke Jeopardy definitely sounds bad. And copyrighted.
