Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

It ought to, right??

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

It hasn't yet, but who knows when most of his followers will see it, because Twitter algorithms.

Oh, I hope that pays off to my expectations, Jilli!

You, too, Dana!

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Very cool! You're having a much better twitter day than I am.

Wellllll, it hasn't lead to much yet. Which means the Brain Raccoons have upped their volume, and I just spent 2 hours applying for part time or remote editing jobs.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I'm tired of supervisors treating "Meets Expectations" as some sort of fault.

We switched to Unsuccessful, Needs Work, Successful, High Quality, and Superior. and changed the merit raise math so that a mostly successful employee gets a slightly bigger percentage than they used to so that supervisors don't feel as tempted to artificially inflate evaluations in order to get better raises for their people.
