I feel a little sorry for the people in charge of the DCCU this week. A little.

I refuse to consider feeling sorry for Zack Snyder for any reason.

The status is NOT quo.

Yeah, I'm not even going in the Marvel thread here until after I see it, because even the regular-font nonspoilery reactions are still enough to make me start assuming stuff.

This. Currently at a conference and can't see it until Sunday night. Avoiding everything.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

My hairdresser and I both shouted "no spoilers" at someone else in the salon when they mentioned they saw Endgame.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Not seeing Endgame this weekend, or next, for the record. Not by choice, mind you.

My car's AC is fixed! The condenser was leaking so they replaced it. And it was under warranty! Yay!

Our wings are not tired.

Yay for AC! I swear I need it in the car more than the house.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Someone at the next table at dinner had a Marvel-related shirt on, and I seriously considered asking if they'd seen it yet, and to keep their voices down if they had. Fortunately, I don't think they were talking about it.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Rosemary actually has a visiting PT person here when you asked that, downstairs. Though they're mostly at the "asking all the questions" stage when I passed by.

Those cardiac rehab people really know what they are doing ime. Second hand, but still.

A month or so ago my mom signed us up for a 5k that happens tomorrow. Yesterday she asked if I still was up for it and I was all "sure, it'll be fun" but now I kinda wish I'd bailed. Not so much because I don't want to do the race as that knowing how early I'll have to get up and get ready is weighing heavily on me right at the moment. And I can't have an It's-It when I'm done because Passover!

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I got a haircut today at a new salon, with a new stylist, and we talked about environmental justice, and Amy Adams, and bad Boston accents. It was nice, and the haircut was pretty good, so I'll probably go back.

My regular stylist, who I've been seeing since about 2000, has cancelled about half the appointments I've made in the last year. So I clearly need a backup.

tomorrow I will see Endgame, have managed to avoid spoilers.

Anyway, today was pretty good. I took the dog for a run in the redwoods, and did some laundry and called for an earthquake insurance quote (expensive!), got a haircut and a massage and a cannoli, and then went out with my sister to watch the Warriors game at a local Mexican bar. Apparently 2 margaritas is about 1/3 too much margarita. Whoops.
