I swear to god, my second or third thought was, "I don't have to get up for my 7AM meetings Wednesday or Thursday."

That occurred to me right away, but I thought I'd better not bring it up.

Layoffs suck. And they always seem to be handled so badly! Maybe there isn't a good way to do it, but surely there's better than that.
