someone just hit on me in Target. It is unsettling to me for a stranger to come up and start talking to me when I've come to accept that I am generally invisible in public. I mean sure my hair isn't, but a passing hair comment is not walking directly up to me TWICE and starting a convo and offering his number. AND I WAS NOT RUDE. Although I did ask him if he often just talked to strangers in stores because it was weird.

Did he seem reasonable?
talking to strangers in Target aside from a shared experience of inconvenience, fear, or someone needing assistance is not reasonable.
YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN
I was not afraid of him, he did not seem off. I talked with him, shook his hand, told him my first name.
That was very brave.
I've talked with people in stores pretty frequently. I'm apparently approachable, probably because I smile at strangers. DH is worse because he is such an extrovert he just talks to everyone everywhere! Not in a flirtatious way, but is just super friendly.
So, I am getting another dobie from a Florida rescue. It will be my third doberman so I told DH I want to name her Trinity. First because she is the third, but also because she will surely be a kickass bitch! She is only 2 so it will be good for upping our walking levels, which we both need.
I look forward to meeting Trinity (even in photo form!)
She is living in Lake Placid FL right now so we are headed out shortly to pick her up. It is 3 hours away. The rescue approved us remotely because we already had been approved when we got Zoe about 7 years ago from the Fort Lauderdale dobie rescue. That and they checked out her FB page and knew Zoe was well loved and that this would be a good home.
Yay rescues!
