Oh, on a lighter note, I meant to tell y'all about a restaurant name I saw on Saturday. Clove and Hoof: A Butchery Resturant. I don't know how to feel about that one. Maybe it's ironic? Maybe they mean they use a lot of garlic? I really wanted to go in and ask (and I was with my mom so I also was curious if they had any vegan options and I figure those two questions would have made me REALLY POPULAR)

In other news, I just realized that my parents knew one of the candidates for mayor of Chicago, because her ex-husband has one of the best names I've ever heard. (Zeus Preckwinkle.) And then my mother just confirmed that she is the source of one of my favorite stories: my mother was eating a dip she had out and was raving about how good and light it was, and finally she said, "It's just plain sour cream."
