All of my sheets are some shade/pattern of blue, 'cuz I like blue. Most of them are navy blue because there are still the occasional "monthly" issues.

11 am is a perfectly cromulent time for lunch
Somewhere I read that you should have three sets of bed sheets, which means that one set on the bed, one set on the shelf, and one set waiting for laundry.
Also that the interval for laundering depends on a) how many on the bed b) what you do on the bed (think food if you don't have a dirty mind) and c) whether you usually wear pajamas, which makes a surprising amount of difference, because pajamas soak up a lot of sweat and skin oil.
Wow, so much more complicated than I would have guessed!
A lot of the time I just wash the sheets I've pulled off the bed to force myself to actually put the laundry away. I will neither confirm nor deny the number of times the bottom sheet is the only laundry that gets dealt with and I just burrow under a convenient pile of blankets.
Hee hee! We just got some t-shirts delivered, and they are cracking me up. Our friends who are getting married in May are having a pre-wedding party next weekend, and they requested that, if people feel so inclined, we wear Star Wars-themed shirts. (The wedding themes are, incongruously, peacocks and Star Wars. For real, we have a friend who's involved with the 501st Garrison that does stormtrooper and other cosplay and goes to children's hospitals and other events. He's a stormtrooper, and is going to wear his outfit for the reception.) (No idea if there will be peacocks, but I really really hope so, for maximum incongruity.)
ANYWAY. Back to the party and the t-shirts. We like Star Wars just fine, but not in a we-own-tshirts way (my t-shirt drawer can hold only so many shirts, and MCU movies and Wonder Woman exist, ya know?), so we ordered t-shirts for the party. But because we are fundamentally gigantic dorks, the t-shirts are a twist on Star Wars.

Awesome, Steph!
And I'm a big fan of peacocks (Star Wars as well, of course, but about like you on that), so I can't wait to hear how that particular mashup is expressed!

I feel like they're just going to co-exist, but god only knows what they might come up with in the way of a mashup. I expect their recessional to be the Star Wars theme, though. (No judgment; ours was "Linus and Lucy," and in retrospect I wish it would have been the Captain America march, because that is an excellent piece of music. [Confession: the Captain America march is on my 5K playlist as the last song so that I can play it as I cross the finish line. Because I am deeply deeply committed to being a giant nerd.])

Confession: Am now planning to construct a playlist the next 5k I do solo so I can be a nerd like you. #GiantNerdGoals!
Awwwww YISS.
