That is a good sign! Your rate of success with interviewing seems super-high.
I think my interview game is pretty solid. I use the strategy of asking about their challenges and then relating how I have experienced similar challenges in the past and trying (in very board terms) talk about how they could be addressed.
'*\\o/* Gud!
I've settled on the headcanon that it's the Box Theory of Food run amok. Everything is soup!
I can also imagine putting stuff from the salad bar into soup more easily than the other way around. People are a mystery.
Is part of your job wall assessment, Jesse? So curious.
Sometimes people want me to have an opinion on where signs should go and what they should look like. Which is basically ridiculous, but does lead to occasional field trips.

I suggest random locations and like the new Slack logo.
The job search does seem to be going okay. I got a job offer yesterday (same company that just the the layoff before start thing, but a different group) after an interview earlier that day. I've got an interview for a different position with the same employer I have now on Monday. I have a phone interview with the Federal Reserve Tuesday. I have a third interview (the one set up today) on Wednesday. I'm waiting for a decision from an interview about a week and a half ago. I also am meeting with two recruiters tomorrow. Luckily, I don't really have much to do at work right now.
Wow, that sounds really positive, Gud!
Secondary theory: very tired person confused soup with salad dressing
I know Trump doesn't list it among his accomplishments, but somehow he's made Nancy Pelosi cool.
I think you are crushing it with the job searching, Gud.
My manager wants to chat with me in a few weeks about my career aspirations. Right now my career aspirations are best quantified as a shrug emoji.
My career aspirations are to continue to get paid and not hate myself for what I do.
