ION there was an anti-Kavanagh demonstration going on in front of the courthouse downtown last night as I was leaving work. I mean, this is Cincinnati, OH! Neither very demonstrate-y nor very liberal, tbh.

My drive to work apparently coincided perfectly with the cloture vote that NPR was covering live so now I am filled with equal parts impotent rage and resignation. My poor coworkers.
