I'll just jump in my time machine, go back to the twelfth century, and ask the vampires to postpone their ancient prophesy for a few days while you take in dinner and a show.

Our wings are not tired.

Woot! I love those negative results.

Went to an actual restaurant last night. There were only a handful of people, very far away, and it was outside. Bottom line, I think I like staying home. I used to like going out so very much, but now I think how I could cook that, and my chairs are more comfy, and I could be braless. It just isn't relaxing anymore. Maybe after pandemic I will be able to relax more and consider it a treat.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Empress, the house is darling.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Thanks, everyone!!

The house is amazing and I can’t wait.

I was telling David yesterday that I was excited to post about it because years and years ago I was lamenting that I would never be able to buy a house and DXM promised that one day ...

And now I’m on that road and I can’t even tell him thank you.

But! I will decorate and maintain and be happy that my friend watched me do something he told me I’d be able to do.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

In the meantime, I need to get dressed and ready to teach this morning and I am just not feeling it today. I’ll dig deep and use all my internal cheerleader tricks, but damn I’m just tired.

One of my kiddos is being particularly needy and he’s had so much trauma and death in his life and he really trusts me to take care of him but ... it’s a lot.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I didn't realize you were buying! That's extra exciting!!

I am also not feeling it. And someone sent an email at 6pm yesterday asking to meet with me at 9 this morning. So that's nice.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I am in a few years ... for now, it's a rent-to-own kind of situation.

Our wings are not tired.

Is the porch swing still there, because I really want to chill there with you one day.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Love the house. Must fence in for doggo.

Yay negative test!

Dragging this morning also, but there is stuff to do and I will simply dissolve in tears if I get scolded for not getting something done, so ONWARD!

Our wings are not tired.

Sharing post from my #1 son (2010 HS graduate).

Congratulations class of 2010. We successfully avoided our reunion.
