Made the drive down to Portland, in hotel with puppy. Hoping he doesn’t pee on the carpet. Or bark a ton.

Hotel room has no tv, so I can’t binge in the same way. Which is probably good.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

When somebody has a moment, could we possibly get a heavier, darker font? I love the sans serif of it all, but it's pale, even though I've increased the size. Thanks for all the hard work that's got us here. It's really spacious. But familiar and updated and comfy!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I am buying outdoor Christmas decorations, like a crazy person.

Hey. New board.

When somebody has a moment, could we possibly get a heavier, darker font?

Does anybody happen to know/remember what the default font was on the old phoenix? Would a reversion to that be helpful?

yesyesyesyes, please! I don't remember what it was, and It probably doesn't read as well on your phone, but maybe we could compromise? I never read on my phone, which makes me an anacronysm or a luddite, etc. But darker would be better, at least for me. And thank you!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Adding to the yes please on the darker font.

Hey. New board.

I have submitted some code that will allow you to override the font with any font installed on your system, as well as change the font size. Gud is the expert who needs to make sure I didn't break anything, etc, but it's on the agenda.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Wasn't the last font Verdana?

I picked it up somewhere. Seems more likely here than any job.

I'm talking to a guy from Blizzard Entertainment tomorrow about a potential role. I'm not sure exactly why he contacted me, but I'm curious enough to have a quick call. I think this has about a 99.5% chance of going nowhere, especially since I don't hear great things about working for them.

Take the job, get me something with a Zerged Kerrigan from Starcraft and then run for your life.

What is even happening?

I don't remember what it was, and It probably doesn't read as well on your phone, but maybe we could compromise? I never read on my phone, which makes me an anacronysm or a luddite, etc. But darker would be better, at least for me. And thank you!

Also an anachronism/luddite.

Is there a way to make the text less wide? I'm not talking about the font, just the way posts span from left to right. This wouldn't be a problem on a phone, I guess, but it's hard on the eyes to read a wide string of text in paragraph form on the laptop screen. Right now, I'm just narrowing my window, but I wonder there's some setting I could change.
