When somebody has a moment, could we possibly get a heavier, darker font?
Does anybody happen to know/remember what the default font was on the old phoenix? Would a reversion to that be helpful?

I have submitted some code that will allow you to override the font with any font installed on your system, as well as change the font size. Gud is the expert who needs to make sure I didn't break anything, etc, but it's on the agenda.

I picked it up somewhere. Seems more likely here than any job.
I'm talking to a guy from Blizzard Entertainment tomorrow about a potential role. I'm not sure exactly why he contacted me, but I'm curious enough to have a quick call. I think this has about a 99.5% chance of going nowhere, especially since I don't hear great things about working for them.

Is there a way to make the text less wide? I'm not talking about the font, just the way posts span from left to right. This wouldn't be a problem on a phone, I guess, but it's hard on the eyes to read a wide string of text in paragraph form on the laptop screen. Right now, I'm just narrowing my window, but I wonder there's some setting I could change.

Here's a screenshot of my test bed with narrowed width, custom colors (I know they are kind of ugly, it was just a test, you'll be able to choose your own), and custom font and font size:
It may be a while before Gud can get these features all tested and such, but it's coming.
