Our wings are not tired.

Good grief. Double post.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I could see that with one or two states, Gud. With six or more states to fight I see his legal staff fleeing like the rats they are knowing they won't get paid. Let's focus on the win being so overwhelming that the GOP faithful turn their backs on him.

I want a fucking blue tsunami next week that drowns those GOP motherfuckers. I want the Oval Office, House, and Senate to be overwhelmingly blue, and fuck every goddamn one of those motherfuckers. I'd prefer that that zombie-ass motherfucker McConnell lose, but if not, I'll love it so much to watch him deal with Warren as Senate Majority Leader (unless she ends up in Biden's Cabinet).

It's going to take so long to repair the damage these motherfuckers have done to the country, but with a Democratic-controlled House, Senate, and Oval Office, they have a shot at doing it.

I want that SO much.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I think the GOP establishment got what they wanted from Trump, the SCOTUS, and they are not going to put themselves at risk by doing a lot of illegal things to hand him the election. If he clearly wins, fine, but of he wants to do a lot of shady legal maneuvering to cheat his way in, they are not going to support him. He is now more a detriment than a boon to the party, and they have their eyes on their own elections.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I'd like to see every elected office go blue - from the Oval Office down to the local dog catcher. Mayors, governors, state legislatures and senates - all of them.

Our wings are not tired.

I'm hopeful for my state congressional seat. Last time the Dem lost by 13 votes, but turnout is much higher this time. My state really needs some changes. eta: also state district for Mar-A-Lago.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I went to city hall and dropped off my ballot and picked up a sticker (which feels a little like swiping an extra because they mailed one with the ballot but you know what? I deserve it) and swung by Evelyn's for a slice on the way home. Yum.

The road is being worked on right now, so from the highway to a couple blocks from city hall is kinda torn up and there's workmen directing traffic at the main intersection. I doubt that is actually nefarious, but it is troubling. OTOH, the parking lot was at least half full with people coming and going the whole time I was there, so maybe it's not really a problem. And I know there are other nearby dropoff points and more will open (including curbside) day after tomorrow.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Anyone else do the Spelling Bee, by chance? I do all of them, but I'm really digging the Spelling Bee right now.

Yes! I'm all about Spelling Bee and Vertex

I just completed my last 15 PostcardsToVoters and I'm off to drop them at the PO.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm hopeful for my state congressional seat. Last time the Dem lost by 13 votes, but turnout is much higher this time.

Oh wow!

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Over 46% of registered voters have voted in NC already, about 2/3 by early voting rather than absentee ballots.
