Toddson, I like that idea. Might give that a try as long as I can be upstairs with Odin while they make a fuss over the dogs.
I just submitted my timecard for this week and I have 18 hours of overtime. I am so over the schedule I'm working on. But there is so much more to go.
What I really want is a brain & lungs transplant while I'm snuggling the wee one.
Welcome, Baby Odin!!! And congrats Suzi and family!!!
Are you sure about the ten toes, Suzi? I would check again.
I'm going to have to check them multiple times. Toe beans!!!
I need to see when Party City opens tomorrow so I can get some balloons to tie to the porch. I'd put some in the house too, but the dogs are completely against balloons and they don't need any added trauma.
Someone has developed an indoor security drone system ... which seemingly will drive cats insane.
NEW BABY! Congrats to Suzi and family!
Someone has developed an indoor security drone system ... which seemingly will drive cats insane.
How will it cope with light fixtures? Stairs? Cats who think everything is a toy and will launch themselves like furry missiles?
The latter is what promises to be entertaining. I did see a brief video of a cat being fixated on the drone as it flew around the room (they're smaller than the outdoor drones and, seemingly, they can be programmed to stay in one room or one one floor). I imagine that there are some, um, kinks to be worked out.
Security drone, very expensive cat toy, what's the diff?
Aside from cost - as you noted - the amount of damage that can be done to the house before the cat kills the drone. (I'm not sure what catnip mice are going for these days, being catless, but I'm sure the drone will be more expensive.)
