I like melon when ripe. Two years ago I posted I knew we were in the upside down because I had fruit salad at a work meeting and the melon was actually ripe. Two days later I broke my ankle.

It's madness that I was offline two hours (puppy play date with a friend) and I'm like "omg what news did I miss because anything could've happened!!"

I've been retweeted by Fuller. It wasn't even anything shippy.

I have no use for honeydew, but ripe cantaloupe is one of my favorite things.

Maybe turtles have extra immunity?

You guys can send all your melons to me. Except not watermelon (boring and pointless) and not cantaloupe (too risky since anything less than perfectly ripe will taste like soggy cardboard and you can't tell unless you cut it open and try a piece).

Isn't it a little bit eerie that we haven't had any Prez tweets? The gap is kinda howling. And possibly full of tentacles.

I like canteloupe, and if someone will scoop me tasty little seedless watermelon balls I'll eat them, but Honeydew is way too sweet.

Is it migraine season? And also, my body seems to be forcibly reclaiming its time for late nights by demanding naps. Can I just snooze till Nov. 5th?

We grew cucumbers this summer, and they're crisper when you pluck them from your garden and eat them minutes later. Every time I have one, I'm struck by how they're just watermelon's little sibling.

I think my melon weirdness is that I really don't hate anything. I can eat many weird foods that other people hate. It is really JUST melon that I hate, and I also hate that it infects the rest of the fruit salad and makes everything taste like melon. Why do the strawberries have to taste like cantaloupe???

I like melon, which is odd because when I was a kid I hated honeydew and cantaloupe.

I've watched way too much cable news today. My family is not convinced he's really sick; they think it could be a way to get him out of the debates and also raise the stock price of Regeneron which he owns stock in (I don't know for sure that he does) if he takes it and is miraculously "cured". There's already so much misinformation coming out of the WH, who knows what's true.

But he hasn't tweeted, and the video supposedly made at the hospital has at least one bad edit when probably they cut out him coughing. Makes me think he's really sick.
