Our wings are not tired.

Were we all sitting around on our laptops? Sorry about the walking up and down the stairs part. Not very restful.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Dreams are rarely that realistic; I'd believe us sitting around communicating telepathically.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Wait, we don't? Cindyyyyy!

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I'm glad you got good, and potentially amusing, cat news, Katerina.

I've been living a moderate, if not great, introvert life since March, aside from, you know, death in the family, hardship for many friends, and watching my country descend into chaos and misery. But damn if all the everything isn't starting to wear me down.

Tom, that's a nifty dream.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

ltc had no fever today and it never got above 99 yesterday, so she's at school today. I think it is just an allergy/sinus thing.

What is even happening?

But then, a couple of limousines pull up, and out step Kevin Feige and Joss Whedon. Feige had brought Whedon there to try to get him to patch things up with fandom. Except that Joss was still being an arrogant jerk who wouldn't listen to us.

Are we sure this was a dream, Scola?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Shana tova, everyone!

That's amazing, and I'm sorry you weren't more successful!!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That is a heckuva dream, Tom. I like it better than what I remember of mine, in which I ordered a cocktail that was free if you ate the chicken foot that came with it (not why I ordered it, I was told later) which I expected to be a dim sum type of thing but was served raw and then injected with something that made it swell up and change form into something more like a beetle and then shrink again and fold itself up into a mini taco. I did not eat it.

Hope ltc is feeling better.

I'm off to give blood. Yay, except for the part where I have to get dressed and leave the house.

"...and then Legolas and the Hulk destroy the entire Greek army." - Penny Arcade

The dream I had last night involved me realizing I had forgotten about the stairs to the attic in my bedroom, then remembering I had bought my own house at some point(Still in an apartment in the real world, sorry) and that I was going to have to deal with the overflowing boxes up in the attic at some point.

I almost never remember my dreams ... I know I have them, since I occasionally have "memories" of things I know didn't happen. Not sure what that's about.
