Hey, I've been in a firefight before! Well, I was in a fire. Actually, I was fired from a fry-cook opportunity. I can handle myself.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Only half a pint? Such restraint!

I forgot to through bouillon into my chicken and rice dish and now my lunch is very bland. No one to blame but myself, alas.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Dag has never gone away!

Thank you!

And might I add FUCK HER.

Also FUCK HER ASSISTANT, my co-worker for not jumping in. (She is now aware how angry I am)

AND FUCK HER AGAIN.

Seriously though. (But also try to keep that anger away from your boss)

Coding and Sleeping

But also try to keep that anger away from your boss

I dunno, that felt pretty restrained. There could have been two, three more FUCKs in that easily.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

someone told me to take a deep breath. GRRRRR

yeah if I get called on the carpet about this stupid ass fiasco, I will no longer have a job.

Gris - Sep 11, 2020 11:01:50 am PDT #26052 of 30019
Hey. New board.

That's understandable, Gris.

God I miss liking my job. I know that I'm super lucky that I normally love it so much, but knowing I'm lucky doesn't ease the sting.

Sorry your job is being stupid msbelle and everybody else whose job is being stupid.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

So I just slapped together a breakdown of her time by day....

Were there a lot of 15-minute segments labeled "not reported" or "missing" or "TBD"?

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Were there a lot of 15-minute segments labeled "not reported" or "missing" or "TBD"?

I HOPE SO.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Gris, I'm with you on that. Like, we're supposed to do all the same amounts of time working with kids as before, but mostly remotely, and now we have to coordinate with parents and document every bit of that communication, and we can only work from home 2 days a week, but we're supposed to wear masks all the time we're on campus, so doing tele-session with masks, and then we have to fill out what are apparently monthly forms with a breakdown of benefits and drawbacks of work from home and how our time was spent.

We also have all out usual meetings, plus at least 1 COVID meeting for every student that's supposed to happen in the next month. And I have to be out of my office by 330 for sanitizing...even though I'm supposed to work till at least 4, and meetings often go even later.

I hate my job a lot right now, and the upper levels of admin are being not helper monkeys. Not even hinder monkeys. They are being harmer monkeys.

Hey. New board.

My life isn't close to as hard as that. That sucks a lot. God the crises really pull out the bureaucracy.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Happy Birthday Trudy!
