I'm editing an article on how the foods and beverages shown onscreen in the top 250 grossing US movies from 1994 to 2018 match up (or don't match up) with recommended healthy eating guidelines. Unsurprisingly, the food in movies is shit. But I ask you: who the hell is going to tell Harley Quinn that she has to have a fruit cup instead of that glorious breakfast sandwich? Don't wanna write this RFP. I'm starting from a template, but I'm not sure if it would be easier to start from scratch since I'm making a ton of changes.
Blood sugar seems to be solidly in the 125-130 range no matter what time of day, on meds. May need to up my activity level.
